Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective merchandise, and exchanges may also be requested under these terms.

Thirty-day eligibility

Begin the request within 30 days after delivery. The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition, with its original packaging, tags, and included accessories retained.

Reasons we cover

A non-defective request may follow a change of mind, a personal preference, or selection of the wrong item. We also assist with damage, defects, an incorrect shipment, missing parts, or a material difference from the product description.

Authorization and mail return

Send the order number, checkout email, and an explanation before mailing anything. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries, photos or video of the item and packaging may be required. Unauthorized parcels must not be sent. Approved returns are made by mail using the free return label included in the package.

Exchange, fees, and refund timing

No restocking fee is charged. Exchanges depend on current inventory. Once a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method and processed within 10 days.
