Shipping Policy

This policy applies to physical orders for mixing bottles, drink containers, storage pieces, accessories, apparel, and related catalog items.

Order preparation and transit

Most orders are prepared in about 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, carrier travel is estimated at 2–4 business days. These periods are planning estimates, not guaranteed arrival commitments; holidays, weather, address review, remote destinations, and carrier disruptions can extend them.

Charges, details, and restrictions

Free shipping applies only when the cart qualifies under the terms shown at checkout. Please submit a complete delivery address, working email, and reachable phone number. Destination, carrier, or product limitations may prevent delivery to some addresses.

Tracking and delivery exceptions

Tracking updates are normally sent to the checkout email after dispatch. For a delay, suspected loss, delivered-but-not-received scan, or transit damage, provide the order number, checkout email, tracking number, delivery address, and relevant photos. A carrier investigation may be required before a resolution is determined.
